News: Ultimate Ears noise-isolating earphones are now available in New Zealand

Now you can hear your favourite music like many of the world’s top touring artists do when they perform live. Today, Ultimate Ears by Logitech, offers a range of earphones to New Zealand music lovers – from the stylish MetroFi to the pro-quality SuperFi and TripleFi line of earphones for your iPod or your other personal listening device.
Founded in 1995 by Van Halen’s sound engineer, Ultimate Ears is well known for creating the highest-quality in-ear monitors. The list of popular musicians – and their sound engineers – who use custom in-ear monitors by Ultimate Ears is long and includes 75 percent of the world’s touring professional artists including Duffy, Leona Lewis and Fall Out Boy.
In Auckland today, System Of A Down singer, Serj Tankian, will be using Ultimate Ears in-ear monitors when he collaborates with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra to reinterpret his album, Elect The Dead.
“Ultimate Ears ear monitors are more snug than the others, allowing less stage volume to bleed in,” says Serj Tankian. “If you’ve ever heard my band close, you’ll realise that our stage volume is deafening.”
“Logitech is pleased to bring the Ultimate Ears family of earphones to New Zealanders,” said Bryan Simpson, general manager of Logitech New Zealand. “We’re confident that after designing thousands of custom products for rock stars, such as Serj Tankian of System of a Down, that we can help you get more out of your MP3 player.”
Whether you want to listen to your playlist while you’re out jogging with your iPod or get immersed in the sound of your favorite band while you relax, you’ll find the right earphone at www.ultimateears.com
