News: Sony unveils first Wi-Fi digital camera with web browser
Sony has introduced the world’s first Wi-Fi enabled digital camera that can upload photos and videos directly to Web sites thanks to its built in web browser.
The new Cyber-shot DSC-G3 digital camera makes loading images and video to sharing sites, like Flicker, when you’re on the go easy, as long as there is a Wi-Fi connection available.
According to Phil Lubell, director of digital camera marketing at Sony Electronics, Sony’s Cyber-shot DSC-G3 camera has been designed to provide the simplicity and convenience of sharing the moment, while the impulse is still fresh in people’s minds.
This 10-megapixel camera has 3.5-inch LCD screen, 4GB of internal memory and includes a 4X optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens.
The Cyber-shot DSC-G3 camera is now available in black for about US$500.
