News: Sonos releases new multi-room player

Sonos is to release a new multi-room player, The ZonePlayer S5, later this month.

The ZonePlayer is distinguished by its simplicity: it can be plugged in wherever the listener wants music.

The new device can be controlled via an iPhone, iPod Touch or any Sonos remote control.

The system has 5 integrated speakers and matching amplifiers, and is geared towards easily adding quality sound reproduction in any room of the house.

The Sonos ZonePlayer S5 hits the local market at the end of November, and will retail for $899.99.
