News: Sennheiser Earphones Revealed at CES
Sennheiser has been coming up with the goods at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, releasing a line of earphones crafted from high-grade metal. The CX 980, MX 980 and OMX 980 earphones use dynamic loudspeaker systems with powerful Neodymium magnets, volume control built into the cable, along with an adjustable jack plug that can be fitted straight or at a 90-degree angle.
The CX 980 ear canal phones provide a frequency response from 16 to 24,000 Hz and come with a selection of seven ear adapters made of soft silicone or foam fit comfortably in the ear canal to offer effective attenuation of external noise.
The MX 980 earphones feature a metal finish and a frequency response of between16 to 23,000 Hz. The OMX 980′s provide the same quality of sound, but come with the addition of earhooks.
All three models will be available as of Febrary 2010.
