Nokia is to slip out a couple of new slim sliders, the 6700 and 7230, but not quite in time for Christmas.
The 6700 is a slimline handset available in six colours – pink, red, petrol blue, aluminium, lime and purple. It features Carl Zeiss optics, 5 megapixel camera and dual LED flash, as well as support for Nokia Messaging and instant messaging.
The 7230 is a compact slider with a solid feature set, a 3.2 megapixel camera, large 2.4-inch display, quick access to Nokia Messaging and instant messaging, and a 2GB memory card.
Both handsets feature high speed 3G connectivity.
The units are due in NZ early 2010.
