Terms and Conditions:

1. The Tone Man Cave Competition 2011 is only open to residents of New Zealand.
2. A maximum of ONE image may be entered per person.
3. Submit files in JPG format only.
4. 1.5Mb maximum (i.e. 1500kb) – anything bigger is automatically rejected by our system.
5. READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY: The filename should be yourfirstname-yourlastname-mancave.jpg. Don't put unusual characters, even if your name has an apostrophe. Don't send us .gif, .tif, .png or anything other than a .jpg.
6. You must be either the legal copyright holder of the photograph or have permission from the copyright holder.
7. Submit files in JPG format only
8. 2000px high/wide maximum
   – anything bigger is automatically rejected by our system.
9. 1.5Mb maximum (i.e. 1500kb)
   – anything bigger is automatically rejected by our system.
10. You fully indemnify Tone against any claims arising from third parties in the event that your submitted image infringes intellectual, property or model rights if published by Tone and its sponsors for promotion or acknowledgment of the competition and/or exhibition.
11. Entrants retain copyright to their images and agree that material submitted may be used in whole or in part by Tone and its sponsors for promotion or acknowledgment of the competition and/or exhibition.
12. Winners will be chosen internally – the judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Online votes may be taken into consideration when judging.
13. Employees and family of Parkside Media are not eligible for entry.
14. Non-compliance with the competition criteria will disqualify entries.
15. Award prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Special conditions (clearly stated in sponsors' award vouchers) may apply to non-cash prizes, e.g. they may be subject to availability.
16. Deadline for entries is 5:00pm (NZDT) Friday, May 20. No entries will be accepted after this date.
